Boots Property Mgmt is a local property management company serving Chattanooga and the surrounding area. We focus on residential and rental properties—single-family homes, multi-unit buildings, and small portfolios—and we’re built around a simple idea: property management works best when someone is actually on the ground, in the neighborhood, and in touch with tenants and vendors every day.
